Dirt Rock n Root Training's mission is to bring more women into mountain biking. And keep them here! Many women try mountain biking once, and never ride again because there's no one to teach them basics. It can also be difficult to learn from your significant other. So DRRT is here to teach you the skills to make your riding more enjoyable. We offer a safe environment with other like minded participants. Whether you are riding for fun or want to race, DRRT can help you learn the skills to make your mountain bike rides more fun!

Our other mission is to promote mountain biking, and cycling in general, as a lifetime sport to be enjoyed by men and women of all ages. While our main focus is training women, we are also offer co-ed sessions and kids programs.
