Join Dirt Rock n Root Training for a full-day women's mountain bike ride workshop. This is a great workshop for teens and adults alike to learn how to have more fun mountain biking. Experience some of our local trail systems while learning skills to boost your confidence on your mountain bike.
Although geared towards beginner and intermediate riders, anyone can benefit from learning the fundamental mountain bike skills: basic body position, breaking, cornering, climbing, descending, getting over small obstacles, and more. At each workshop, the morning will be dedicated to working on core skills and getting more comfortable on the bike. After a lunch break, we’ll take it to the trails for real time experience and feedback.
A mountain bike in good working condition required. Helmet required. Flat pedals, elbow and knee pads recommended.

Who: Women riders age 15 and higher
Space is limited to 8 participants – be sure to register early!
**Please note: Lunch is not included in this workshop. Please bring your lunch with you. There are deli’s close to the park where you can grab a quick sandwich.
