For those that can't commit to a full weekend, have only been riding downhill for a short time, or want to try out downhill mountain biking, Downhill FUNdamentals sessions are a great way to get started. These co-ed sessions are open to men and women riders of all ages.
This 3-hour workshop covers the fundamental downhill skills. We will work on body position, braking, descending fundamentals, bike and body separation and basic cornering.
