Kathi is a USAC licensed coach, and holds instructor certifications from both IMBA and PMBIA. She started racing on the velodrome in 1985, went on to compete in track, road and criterium races, cyclocross and then finally to mountain biking in 1993. She's topped the regional rankings in cross country, downhill and dual slalom over her career. With success in a variety of areas, Kathi has the experience to help put together a plan to optimize your riding — be it recreational or racing!
Our basic plan is $150/month. We'll build you a training plan to help you achieve your goals - no fancy computers or power meters required.
For those that want a little more - We'll build you a personal training plan based on YOUR heart rate to optimize all your training levels. This Heart Rate plan will cost you $225/month.

All training plans require a minimum of a 3 month commitment. They include unlimited emails and a monthly phone check in with your coach. It also includes a free basic subscription to the Training Peaks software for tracking your training plans.
